Cancellation Policy

I understand "life happens." Unfortunately, living is not supported by "life happens." When you book a salon experience with Vanessa, it blocks that time out. She is unable to book someone else wanting that salon experience time and takes pay away from her, leaving her unable to fill the spot that she herself is paying to work in. Having a cancelation policy of 50% of the service supports a respectful understanding of her time and livelihood. Thank you for your underatanding.
